Pentre Riding Stables

Set in the Upper Swansea Valley, in the Brecon Beacons National Park, Pentre offers on-site riding stables, trekking centre, and free Wi-Fi for all guests. The bedrooms are light and spacious and have a shower and a digital TV. The property no longer offers breakfast, however, guests can have lunch and dinner at local pubs, the closest being only a 2 minute drive or a 15-20 minute gentle walk away. Set directly opposite Craig-y-Nos Castle, Pentre Riding Stables is a 45-minute drive from Swansea. Neath Railway Station is a 15-minute journey by car. Pentre Riding Stables is also just down the road from the Dan-yr-Ogof National Showcaves of Wales. Please be mindful this is a WORKING FARM, where you can meet the horses and dogs right outside your window. You can take our friendly dogs for a stroll or even join a horse trek and ride up into the beautiful mountains. Come and experience the fun part of the countryside with all our wonderful animals. Right opposite Craig y Nos Country Park, with amazing walks outside our door. So much to do in our area, if you love the outdoors, this is a beautiful place to stay. Please also be mindful this accommodation is ROOM only, SELF check-in and located on a busy main road and a Working Farm with the expected noise and smells. It is also located in the middle of the countryside, and internet and telephone signals can be intermittent.
